The replanned/rebuildable building is the middle of the 3 buildings on the plot – one apartment building. The veranda of the residential building is being rebuilt and new rooms are being added symmetrically to the veranda. A terrace is being rebuilt next to the extended veranda. The applied reconstruction solutions help to merge the interior with the exterior.
An extension of the utility building is also planned as part of the project. The extension of the utility building to the residential building is designed so that it functions both as a small warehouse and as a partial outdoor space – a canopy.
