This apartment building has 3 floors, of which there are 3 apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors, and 2 apartments on the 3rd (roof) floor.
The designed building is located in the southern part of the land plot, parallel to its eastern border, taking into account the protective boundaries of the existing trees and creating an urbanistically harmonious composition, in response to the perspectives of the surrounding streets. The shape of the building was created by combining 4 building volumes and they are differentiated between each other. Rational shape and size, bright and proportional living rooms are planned in the mentioned roof volume rooms. In this way, all 4 volumes of the building at the roof level are confidently differentiated from each other by creating a clutch of 2 pairs of different types of volumes – 2 roof volumes of a geometric nature with a flat roof and 2 traditionally tectonic but dynamic silhouette pediment with a single-pitched roof.
On the facade, changes in the level and size of the boards help mark the floors and give a human scale.
