The development vision of the production facility includes a new administration volume, production volume and warehouse volume in the context of the existing production facility (former farm) building.
The newly constructed administration building is designed with a large outdoor recreation space for employees, which includes a canopy, pergola, terraces and greenery.
The tectonics of the new production volume building is reflected in the facade of the building and gives the building an architecturally expressive character, but mainly ensures the inflow of daylight in the spacious indoor spaces.
The existing building is intended to be spatially connected with the new administration building and production building. The newly constructed warehouse building will replace the function of the existing building.
