In the project, the former post office, currently existing 2-story residential building, was re-planned, and a new utility building was designed. The volume of the existing building is preserved in order not to lose the 19th/20th century harmony of the architecturally cultural historical heritage, in which the clean form roof dominates over the compositionally stable brick wall base. Within the plot, the project also includes root, fruit, shrub, apple orchards and a walking trail.
