Reconstruction of the culturally historical four-apartment residential building built in 1912 with a new utility building.
One of the main priorities in this reconstruction project is to preserve the original architectural elements, based on a careful study of archival materials and architectural artistic research, as a result the existing building is brought closer to its original expressiveness. With the proposed facade solution and element restoration, the former detailing, appearance and architecturally artistic composition of the building are maximally restored.

The two first-floor apartments have outdoor terraces, where historically there were verandas, thus restoring the original functionality of the building. The apartments on the second floor have been converted into two-story apartments by adding a mansard floor to them.

In the utility building, storage rooms have been created for each apartment and a common use lounge room with a terrace for all residents of the residential building. The volume of the utility building is designed as low and modest as possible, integrating the building into the surrounding landscape as much as possible.

The trees and greenery on the plot are preserved and protected, and suitable areas such as the front yard and side yard are planted with hedges.
