Our proposal envisages preserving the silhouette of the Bath house with the low dome facing the axis of Miķeļa Valtera street Gulbju pond, and its centrally symmetrical composition as the dominant spatial complex of the SPA center.

The four newly constructed hotel volumes are planned to be placed at a distance from the historical volume, symmetrically two at the back on each side of the main axis, connecting them with the historical building at the level of the underground floors, thus forming a clear functional backbone, while the above-ground volumes are shaped like a folded fan, swayed by the wind of Liepāja.

On the other hand, the SPA function is planned to be built in a low, single-story, linear, arched pavilion-type annex open towards the park, which bends around the large group of trees in the northern part of the plot – it is designed in the context of the dotted hotel volumes as an expanded fan with a colonnade around the perimeter.
